Deposit
Reservations are only considered firm from the day of payment of a deposit representing 30% of the total amount of the stay and at least the amount of one night.
Late cancellations
In the 15 days preceding the date of arrival or no-shows and early departures will be considered as late cancellations and the entire stay will be due.
In any case, the payment of the deposit is not refunded.
Periods
- Low Season: From September 16 to June 14 (excluding school holidays and weekends)
- High season: From June 15 to September 15 (weekends and school holidays) and public holidays
- Events: next Vendée Globe, Iron Man
